Every summer, the arrival of the Tour de France brings together a host of cycling enthusiasts on the world's most beautiful avenue. Everyone flocks to see the riders cross the finish line.
To mark the 100th anniversary of the Maillot Jaune, the Tour de France and the City of Paris are celebrating with the Randonnée du Tour de France on Sunday, July 28, 2019, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. A few hours before the riders take to the Champs-Elysées avenue, bike lovers will also be able to ride along the most beautiful avenue in the world.
On a 7-kilometer circuit (between Avenue Foch and the Avenue du Général Lemonnier Tunnel, behind the Jardin des Tuileries), cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of a two-hour opportunity to discover the new cycle path.
To take part in this Tour de France ride, the registration fee is €5 per person. All profits will be donated to the associations Agir pour la santé des femmes and Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
The ride - open to everyone aged 14 and over, and accessible to people with reduced mobility - starts on Avenue Foch at 1.30pm.
For collectors, participants will receive a collector's T-shirt in the colors of the 100th anniversary of the Maillot Jaune.
