At Body Float, solo or in duo, you're invited into a pool filled with water saturated with magnesium sulfate salt, a water even more concentrated in salt than the Dead Sea - body gravity is reduced by 80%! And what can we say, except that the benefits of this salt composed of sulfur and magnesium, also known as Epsom salt, are numerous, both for the body and the mind.

Salt has been used for centuries to relieve muscular and joint pain, and to alleviate skin problems - you'll notice how soft your skin feels when you come out of the pool, just like after a scrub. But spending time in a floatation pool also allows you to release endorphins, to take time for yourself by practicing true introspection, to reconnect with your body... With or without a swimsuit (or we'd advise you not to!), enter your personal cabin, step under the walk-in shower for hygiene, before passing through the small door that leads to your 250cm-long, 220cm-high floatation chamber. Yes, unlike other floatation centers in Paris, there are no floatation chambers here - strongly discouraged for claustrophobics - but real human-sized rooms, where you can feel safe and secure, without the risk of feeling locked in.

Away from everything, noise and the world, we let ourselves be carried away by the first part of the session under a starry sky and to the rhythm of soothing music, before continuing in complete darkness and silence. It's worth noting that you can switch back on either or both of these options if you need to.
