But for something a little more original, we suggest you discover the Dream Machine, a moment of relaxation that doesn't involve touch, but rather sight and hearing, designed to relax your mind with the help of photo stimulation!
At Ho Karan, you'll find beauty products, infusions and foods made from hemp, a plant whose fiber can be extracted to make clothing, as well as an oil with a low THC content, which can have psychotropic properties, used for medical purposes to relieve pain and alleviate stress. A whole range designed to treat the symptoms of daily stress, including lack of sleep, anxiety, skin problems...
This little haven of peace, whose name means"I love you" in Breton, offers information on hemp and expert advice, with the sole aim of ensuring that you leave the store feeling serene! In addition to its grocery store, Ho Karan has developed a spa offer, to treat stress at its roots, according to your needs. If you're more traditional, enjoy a relaxing moment to unwind the back or restore the glow to the face, but why not try a mind massage for a change?
The Dream Machine is an immersive experience that plunges you out of time and space, like nowhere else in the region. We tried out this incredible half-hour session, comfortably installed on a mountain of cushions, in a cocoon plunged into semi-darkness, lit only by a white lamp. With headphones on, we close our eyes and enjoy a psychedelic journey (but with no side effects) into the depths of our mind.
What's even more astonishing are the colors under our eyelids. Thanks to this machine, which stimulates the brain and the optic nerve with pulsating points of light, our minds wander and we begin to glimpse shapes and beautiful landscapes. However, the machine's light is only white, as you can see by opening your eyes! Not everyone sees the same thing, and that's the whole point of this experience, which can be enjoyed on your own, as a duo or in a trio with your loved ones (we went into space!).
We plunge you into a state of phenomenal relaxation, halfway between relaxation and hypnosis, that makes you feel as if you're far away from Paris, wandering happily through the beauty of the universe, to the sound of rhythmic music. Depending on the program chosen, this altered state of consciousness enables you to reduce stress, stimulate creativity, improve your sleep (you could almost fall asleep during the session!) or meditate deeply, for 20 minutes to an hour.
