Two years after the success of “Stripped”, Macy Gray is back with a new album called “Ruby”.
To discover in every good record dealer from September 21, 2018, this tenth opus is an incredible playground for the singer especially with the presence of brass on the song “Cold World”. The album also features Gary Clark Jr on the track “Buddah”.
“I think my songs reflect who I am. I’m a little older, just a little [laughs]! I’ve learned from my experiences and my influences. My music has to be fresh and in. I think I managed to reach this goal and I’m very proud of this album” Macy Gray revealed.
“I hope the public will feel connected to the album. I hope it will make them smile and think. I love it when fans seize my stories or get out off tough situations thanks to them. I always try to improve myself and humanely and artistically help. This album is a way to do so” Macy Gray added.
