Sophie Hunger live at Paris Gaîté Lyrique in April 2019

Swiss-German singer Sophie Hunger is back in Paris in 2019 with one gig planned on Thursday April 25 at the Gaîté Lyrique.

Five months only after her first Parisian concert (October 30, 2018 at La Cigale), Sophie Hunger has announced she’ll be back in the French capital with a concert now planned on Thursday April 25, 2019 at Paris Gaîté Lyrique.

The occasion for the singer and musician to come back to her latest album called “Molecules”: An album Sophie Hunger describes as minimalist electronic folk.

To give you a foretaste, we leave you to it with the single “She Makes President”:

Balancing between intimate folk, jazz and blues, this singer and musician was in the spotlights in 2009 with the release of “Monday’s Ghost”. Then, a year later, the releases the opus “1983” marked by the very beautiful cover of French band Noir Désir song: “Le Vent nous portera”.

Today, she hits the roads again with her opus “Molecules” and will take over Paris Gaîté Lyrique stage on April 25, 2019.
