Did you miss them? They’re back! The excellent British band The Cinematic Orchestra, created in 1999 by Jason Swinscoe is back. Popularized in the 2000’s, it’s mostly with the hit “Ma Fleur” released in 2007 that the band makes a breakthrough, especially thanks to hit smash “To Build a Home” (feat. Patrick Watson). Since then, the band has been more discreet.
Good news for long-time fans since The Cinematic Orchestra are coming back with a new opus to discover this spring.
Out on March 15, 2019 this album called “To Believe” has revealed so far, a first single called “A Caged Bird / Imitations of Life” featuring Roots Manuva.
And whoever says new record also says new tour. The Cinematic Orchestra plan to stop by several European cities this spring including Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Manchester and even Newcastle, Berlin, Cologne without forgetting Warsaw.
In France, you’re expected on Monday March 18, 2019 at the Casino de Paris. A piece of advice: be there and don’t forget that tickets go on sale this Friday January 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. (Paris time).
