New Orleans Carnival 2020 in Paris

New Orleans comes to Paris on Saturday March 7, 2020 and expects you at Café A to make you discover the New Orleans Carnival for the second time in the French capital. On the menu? Parades, dance, music, festivities… the whole to the sound of jazz of course!

If you love musical parades, then don’t miss the New Orleans carnival held for the first time in Paris.

As renowned as the one in Venice or Rio de Janeiro, the New Orleans Carnival has set up very special traditions. Parades galore, dance, music, celebrations… at the pace of jazz! The pivotal point of the party: parades held by the krewes creating their own floats. Parades are generally made of floats and marching bands. The highlight of the celebrations obviously happens on the same day as Mardi Gras. It leads to a genuine and colorful bacchanalia in the Vieux Carré. In other words, a legendary celebration that Paris will host on Saturday March 7, 2020 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. with a series of concerts at Café A in the 10th arrondissement.
