Fink: four letters to speak about a talented artist coming from the British scene, yes again!
Now known as an unparalleled singer and composer, Fink has started his musical career as a DJ. In 1997, he signs with label Ninha Tune and releases his first single “Fink Funk” followed in 2000 by the album “Fresh Produce”.
Then, Fink changes his path in the mid 2000’s and prefers to devote himself to a more traditional music style. He releases then “Biscuit for Breakfast” in 2006, an album created in collaboration with Guy Whittaker and Tim Thornton.
Since then, Fink has been traveling the European roads and will stop by Paris this fall, on Thursday November 14, 2019 with a show to discover at the Trianon.
For this performance in the French capital, he can rely on the talented Swiss-German artist Sophie Hunger who will perform as guest. This past April, the artist performed at the Gaîté Lyrique to promote her newest album called “Molecules” an album Sophie Hunger describes as minimal electro folk.
The one to whom we owe the original soundtrack for French Pixar movie “My Life as a Zucchini” adds with this opus an electro dimension to her very rich musical universe and her wonderful discography.
