Already scheduled for Hellfest this summer, Eivør Pálsdóttir, aka Eivør, returns to France this autumn for a European tour. On the program? 22 shows scheduled from October 2 to 26, with concerts in Hamburg, London, Dublin, Vienna, Berlin, Copenhagen, Oslo and Brussels. In France, Eivør has announced two exclusive dates, the first of which is on Sunday October 13, 2024 at the Trianon in Paris. The Faroese artist will then move on to Lyon for a concert scheduled for October 15.
Eivør's new tour, accompanied by her band, will be an opportunity for the Nordic singer and musician to defend live several tracks from her new opus, while her last album to date,"Segl", dates back to 2020.
Eivør has won numerous awards for her work in Iceland and Denmark. Proof of her renown, Eivør composed the soundtrack for the Netflix series " The Last Kingdom ", as well as that of the video game " God Of War " and, more recently, the music for " The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die ". Offering a skilful blend of folk, jazz and pop, all sprinkled with a few electronic notes, the Nordic artist is prolific, with 9 albums to her credit.
With her clear soprano voice, the Faroese singer-songwriter and musician has won over many ears. So many fans that Eivør's new Parisian concert at the Trianon on October 13, 2024 is sure to please. Please note that pre-sale tickets are available from January 18 at 11am. Tickets go on sale on January 19 at 11am.
And to warm up the Trianon venue in Paris before Eivør takes to the stage, Sylvaine will be performing solo. In fact, the Norwegian artist has been announced as support act on Eivør's entire European tour.
