Thrash metal, deathcore, punk, doom, hardcore, atmospheric black metal and alternative metal... On June 27, 28, 29 and 30, Clisson once again vibrated to the rhythm of the unmissable Hellfest. Once again, there were plenty of musical discoveries and surprises on offer. From the Mainstages and the Valley to the Temple, the Altar and the Warzone, festival-goers experienced some incredible moments that are sure to stay with them forever. Many are already thinking aboutHellfest 2025.
In the meantime, metalheads living in Paris and the Île-de-France region will be able to prolong these musical moments. Over the coming days and months, several of the bands and artists who lit up the 2024 edition of Hellfest are planning to make a stopover in Paris. These include Eivor, who triumphed under the Temple on Saturday night after Metallica's set. The Faroese-born artist plans to take over the Trianon, accompanied by opening act Sylvaine. The Norwegian artist was also scheduled to perform at the Temple, but on the first night.
Other Hellfest artists due in Paris soon? Blues Pills, the Swedish blues-rock outfit, will be on stage at La Maroquinerie this autumn.
Between now and the end of the year, you can also catch Accept in Paris at L'Elysée Montmartre, Klone for an acoustic concert at Petit Bain, Black Stone Cherry for a double bill with Ayron Jones at theOlympia, and Swedish hard rock band Graveyard in concert with Baroness, also at theOlympia.
Don't forget Dark Tranquillity. The Scandinavian melodic death metal band will be bringing the house down at La Machine du Moulin Rouge in November. On the French side, Shaka Ponk will be at theAccor Arena for four sold-out shows, while Lofofora will take over the Trabendo, and Mass Hysteria will return to the Zénith de La Villette in 2025.
