Lamomali, Jean-Louis Aubert, Clara Luciani, Hoshi, IAM, Julien Doré, Miossec, Laurent Voulzy, La Femme, SDM, Véronique Sanson and Philippe Katerine, not forgetting Eddy Mitchell, who opens the festival! The Francofolies de La Rochelle festival has become a benchmark in its field, and is committed to promoting and disseminating French and French-speaking chanson and contemporary music to a wide audience. As a result, many French-speaking artists flock here every year to thrill the hearts of fans and enthusiasts of this musical genre.

Over the years, the festival has also diversified its scope. For example,"le Chantier des Francos", a stage improvement workshop for emerging French-speaking artists from the chanson and contemporary music worlds, was born.

And despite the passing years, success is still very much with us. The proof: 150,000 festival-goers in 2017, over 80 concerts on 6 stages over 5 days. Half of all spectators are under 30, and the under-25s make up 43% of the audience.

In the summer of 2024, the Francofolies de La Rochelle festival made a successful comeback with a fine line-up including Sting, Ninho, Josman, PLK, Zola, Luidji, Bigflo & Oli, Jean-Michel Jarre, Patrick Bruel, Pascal Obispo, Zaho de Sagazan as well as Etienne Daho, Eddy de Pretto, Grand Corps Malade, Sofiane Pamart and the Versailles group Phœnix.

In 2025, the festival announces its return to La Rochelle, with a new edition not to be missed from Thursday July 10 to Monday July 14. On the menu? A series of talented artists in a variety of styles, to be found on the Jean-Louis Foulquier stage, the Grand Théâtre stage and the Salle Bleue stage.

Once again, eclecticism will be the order of the day! Rap will be well represented by IAM, SDM, Hamza, Oboy and Ronisia. As for French variety and new French chanson, the festival confirms the presence of Clara Luciani, Julien Doré, Ben Mazué, Barbara Pravi, Véronique Sanson and Philippe Katerine.

Also announced are the group La Femme, the essential Jean-Louis Aubert, Lamomali with Matthieu Chedid, Laurent Voulzy, Yoa, Miossec, the group Kyo as well as the singer Santa, the duo Air and the artist Hoshi.

For lovers of extreme music, don't miss the metal night on July 13, featuring Landmvrks, Novelists, Resolve and TSS. If you prefer electro music, check out Cassius, Pedro Winter, Bostun Bun, Roni and Dylan Dylan on July 12.

As the icing on the cake, the festival announces the arrival ofEddy Mitchell for an exceptional opening night on July 9. For the occasion, the artist will take to the Jean-Louis Foulquier stage, surrounded by a big band to perform some of his finest songs.
