Madeleine Peyroux, Gregory Porter or Thomas Dutronc & the Blue Note Spirits will be in Paris from Monday 25 to Saturday 30 November 2019 for the Blue Note Festival.
In addition to these essential artists, the Blue Note Festival, 2019 edition, will also open its doors to the young generation represented by J.S. Ondara or Sarah McCoy. The latter, who some of us had the chance to discover in a free concert at the Mona Bismarck American Center, at the beginning of June in Paris, never ceases to make news. With her atypical look, Sarah McCoy hypnotizes us with her unique voice reminding us at times of myths such as Janis Joplin, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone or Tom Waits.
In short, for this new edition, the festival has once again put the small dishes in the big ones in order to satisfy the ears of the many jazz lovers.
As a proof, the talented Madeleine Peyroux will open the festival on November 25th at the Trianon with Sarah McCoy.
On November 27, theElysée Montmartre will welcome the immense J.S Ondara.
Gregory Porter will be at theOlympia on November 28, and Thomas Dutronc & les Esprits Blue Note at the Trianon on November 29.
In closing, make way for Ben l'Oncle Soul at theElysée Montmartre.
