Le tour du théâtre en 80 minutes takesyou inside the head of an actor. By and starring Christophe Barbier, the play returns to the Théâtre Montparnasse every Monday at 7 p.m. from June 3 to July 8, 2024. An opportunity to discover what goes on behind the scenes of a play.
The play is inspired by Christophe Barbier 's book , Dictionnaire amoureux du théâtre, about his experience as an actor with his troupe, and shows us what goes on behind the scenes. In addition to inviting you to understand what goes on inside an actor's head, the play is punctuated byextracts from great plays that also speak of the dramatic arts. A mise en abîme that returns to the theater after critical acclaim.
Christophe Barbier is a French journalist, actor and writer. He was director of L'Express newspaper from 2006 to 2016 and, since September 2016, has been a political editorialist and columnist on BFM TV. A theater enthusiast, in 1991 he founded the Théâtre de l'Archicube, which presented over fifty plays in 25 years, all directed by himself.
