Two jobs out of ten: that's how many blue-collar workers make up the French workforce today. Fewer in number than in the past but, unfortunately, still just as precarious, blue-collar workers remain absolutely essential to our daily lives. A visit to a replica of their workplace is therefore a much-needed experience.
Who'd have thought it? This year, visitors to the Grand Palais will be able to tour a life-size factory. The idea? To take a behind-the-scenes look at"today's factories", in other words, production sites that are, perhaps more than you might think, modern and connected. Children are obviously the privileged audience for this free event organized by the Fondation Usine Extraordinaire under the aegis of the FACE foundation.
