Situated on the banks of the Seine, this unique and beautiful museum offers a unique opportunity to discover theart of metalwork, thanks to a sensory tour adapted to all visitors. Coins, medals, tokens, monetary treasures, historical tools, antique machines, paintings and sculptures, graphic arts and objets d'art make up the permanent collections of this museum, which highlights the work of specialized craftsmen.
This tour can be viewed free of charge for a week, as can the exhibition D'or, d'argent et de bronze, which explores the history and symbols of Olympic medals in the history of the modern Games. A timely subject, as Paris lives to the rhythm of the Olympic and Paralympic Games throughout this summer of 2024.
