Diablo IV: Atelier des Ténèbres, our photos of the immersive exhibition at Atelier des Lumières

A unique and intriguing collaboration! As part of the launch of Diablo IV, Blizzard, the video game's developer and publisher, invites you to discover a free immersive exhibition ( registration required) based on this new opus. EntitledAtelier des Ténèbres (Workshop of Darkness), the exhibition takes place atAtelier des Lumières on the evening of June 15, 2023. From 7pm onwards, come and visit the underworld and immerse yourself in a projection that's truer than life!

Activities, but above all an unprecedented immersion in the art of Diablo IV, retracing the history of Sanctuary, but also the conception of this saga that has continued to leave its mark on videogame minds for years. Beware, however: places are limited, so first come, first served! Blizzard also specifies that the event is only open to people over 18. So please bring your ID with you!

And for those who haven't heard of the latest opus in the Diablo saga, here's the synopsis:
"The first four champions are ready to face the countless horrors that prowl these lands. Choose between the Barbarian, the Witch, the Thief or the Druid and slaughter an infinite number of demons. Customize your gaming experience with talents, skill points, runes and legendary loot. Explore randomized dungeons in a dynamic, randomized world. An experience that the editors were able to preview before the event, for the soft launch. And one wonders why such a collaboration between L'Atelier des Lumières and the game's publisher (or any other development studio or publisher, for that matter) had never taken place before, so much so that both parties understood the value of working together, the publisher on the exploitation of the museum's infrastructures and the museum on the enhancement of the development studio's work.

Immersion in the game is total, thanks to Atelier's impeccable projection work. Floors, walls... every space is used intelligently to give a beautiful glimpse of the game's history and atmosphere. As for the images, the studio's creations are magnificent, highlighting all the work carried out upstream by the game's graphic artists and designers. A trip to hell we won't soon forget...
