The Des Jeux et des lieux, l'héritage urbain en Seine-Saint-Denis (Games and Places, Urban Legacy in Seine-Saint-Denis) exhibition, covering almost 170m2, highlights the legacy of the Games: from urban transformations to relics of the Games such as an Olympic torch, or the outfits of torchbearers and the opening ceremony. On view until November 25, 2024.

As the Paris 2024 Games draw to a close, for the Seine-Saint-Denis region it's not a finish line but a starting point: new neighborhoods, new infrastructure for the daily lives of residents... These new living spaces are at the heart of theGames' legacy !

From the Olympic Aquatic Center in Saint-Denis to the Athletes' Village straddling three Plaine Commune towns, L'Ile-Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen and Saint-Denis, via Gare Pleyel, the new Annette Kellermann swimming pool in La Courneuve and PRISME in Bobigny: the urban legacy of the Paris 2024 Games in the area hosting this world event for the first time to (re)discover!

The Musée d'art et d'histoire Paul Eluard, supported by Plaine Commune, the city of Saint-Denis and the Seine-Saint-Denis département, in partnership with all the contracting authorities, provides continuity to the Maison des projets initiative led by Solidéo, with two areas of the Paul Eluard museum fitted out for the occasion:

The garden adjoining the Pavillon Louis XV room has been landscaped to host objects emblematic of the urban legacy of the Games: an opportunity to discover never-before-seen models of the various Olympic venues: the Saint-Denis Olympic Aquatic Center, the Athletes' Village, the Media Village, Gare Pleyel... as well as an exhibition tracing the history of the Games in the region from 2015 to 2025, from the region's bid to the reversibility of the Athletes' Village...

The room in the Pavillon Louis XV has been transformed into a fun, family-friendly space, offering film screenings, a virtual tour of the athletes' village using virtual reality headsets, as well as workshops, quizzes and digital media...

A unique opportunity to plunge back into the heart of the Games, open Wednesdays from 10 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday afternoons from 2 pm to 6:30 pm, and on reservation during museum opening hours for school and institutional groups.
