Were you in Paris during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games? Did you take photos wherever you went? ThenCity Hall could really use your help in sending in your most memorable shots of the period, so that your work can appear in the next free exhibition, scheduled to run from December 20, 2024 to March 1, 2025! 24 Parisians will be selected in a photo competition from October 6 to 20.
To take part, you need to be an amateur photographer, of legal age and a Parisian, and send an e-mail to DICOM-expositions-concours2024@paris.fr with your most representative photo of sharing, respect and living together during these Games, but also the most original. Entries will be examined by the Paris City Hall Exhibitions Department and the Fisheye exhibition curators, before being shortlisted and judged by a jury of ten leading figures from the world of photography, culture and sport.
Don't forget to include a caption with the date and location of your photo, and to read the competition rules before entering. The winners will be announced at the beginning of November, before the photo exhibition is set up to bring back the magic of the Games for nostalgic fans!
