Usually, you come to the museum to admire the works of art, but this time you can also borrow one thanks to theArtothèque éphémère at the Pavillon Carré de Baudouin. During the current exhibition,"Des grains de sables", the Direction des affaires culturelles de la ville de Paris is offering you the chance to borrow a work from the Fonds d'art contemporain - Paris Collections collection, free of charge, until November 21, 2024!
If you're feeling a bit down in the dumps, here's something to brighten up your apartment for a few days! In your living room or bedroom, there's no doubt that these superb works of art will look great, but which of the 16 available will catch your eye? Of course, there must still be some available when you visit, but loans and returns take place on Thursday evenings from 5.30pm to 7.30pm until November 21st, when the last loan transfer takes place.
Go to the Carré de Baudouin reception desk to borrow a work, on presentation of an identity card and proof of home insurance, for added security. You can also reserve a work by e-mail (carredebaudouin@paris.fr), for a period of three weeks, so the last date for returning them is December 12. To protect them, small and medium-sized works of art are wrapped in bubble wrap and supplied with a transport pouch, along with preventive conservation instructions.
Paintings, prints, photographs, vinyl - what's the best way to dress up your home?
