The regions of Seine-et-Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne are joining forces for a weekend to let you discover their natural and cultural riches, during a Grande Aventure, on June 8 and 9, 2024. For two days, or just one, explore the banks of the Marne by foot, bike or canoe, depending on your preferred means of transport, and enjoy tastings and heritage discoveries, while admiring the landscape.
Alone, with friends or family, you can choose your own route along the water's edge, all of which come together for a convivial moment at the end of the day. If you want to spend the night on site, that's possible, thanks to a friendly bivouac set up in Champs-sur-Marne on Saturday night, in tents or dormitories, with entertainment! Be sure to bring a packed lunch, as they are not provided.
You can also combine two activities over the weekend, walking on Saturday and kayaking on Sunday - it's up to you! For walkers, count on 15km per day and six stops along the way: the Maison de l'environnement in Maisons-Alfort, the V'île Fertile micro-market-gardening farm, the cinema on the banks of the Marne, the Saint-Maur lock, the Espaces Abraxas in Noisy-le-Grand or the brewery in Noisy-le-Grand! If you're paddling a kayak, you'll need to allow for 10 kilometers, as paddling is tiring on the arms.
By bike, it's more like 25 kilometers - the longest, but also the most packed! Don't forget to book your trip in April 2024, whichever mobility you choose, and enjoy your adventure!
