From May 22 to 26, 2024, the Fête de la Nature is once again inviting people to celebrate biodiversity in Paris and the Ile-de-France region, through a series offree events open to all. As usual, these will take place in the region's parks, squares, gardens, woods and other forests, and provide an opportunity to appreciate the wealth of flora and fauna .
In the Yvelines, the program of events is sure to delight families and groups of friends. For 5 days, discover the department and get a breath of fresh air at the same time!

- Fête de la Nature à Plaisir - May 22 to 26, 2024
From May 22 to 26, 2024, take advantage of numerous free events to discover the richness and secrets of nature in Plaisir. A Biodiversity Walk, a dive into the heart of the beehive, planting an urban orchard... all await you.
- Fête de la Nature en Forêt de Rambouillet - Wednesday, May 22, 2:30 to 4:30 pm
When the forest becomes a work of art! Land-art animation with palettes and animal masks, and forest quiz.
- Fête de la Nature au Parc du Château de Rambouillet - Wednesday, May 22 at 10:30 am (reservation required)
From the train station to the gates of the Château de Rambouillet, then along the paths of the park and gardens, you'll stroll along paths dotted with trees, shrubs and bushes in bloom or in bud. Parterre flowers or beautiful escapes from the gardener's hand. Perfumes, colors, shapes, the nature of flowers, a stroll between nature and the wild.
- Fête de la nature à Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse - Saturday, May 25, 2pm to 7pm
The Département invites you to celebrate the fête de la nature at the Parc Départemental du peuple de l'herbe. On the menu: workshops, exhibitions, shows and outings. Experts and enthusiasts will be on hand to help you explore nature as you've never seen it before! The full program.
- Fête de la Nature à Sartrouville - Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26 for the general public
Gardensdedicated to growing vegetables, less plots and common areas also offer a magnificent backdrop of flowers, from the simplest like borage or poppies to the most refined like peonies or roses. A number of landscaped areas can be discovered along the way, including an educational plot, a pond, a labyrinth and a brand-new plant teepee...Discovery walks, drawing, painting and free expression are all part of the weekend's program.
- Fête de la Nature au Vésinet - May 22 to 25
To mark World Biodiversity Day and the Fête de la Nature, the Forums et Projets association is organizing avian biodiversity walks on Wednesday May 22 and Saturday May 25 .These outings, open to birdwatching novices and enthusiasts alike, will take place at 10 a.m. at Les Rivières and at 4 p.m. at the Avenue de la Princesse eco-district. Accompanied by volunteers from the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux, these outings will give you the opportunity to observe different species of birds in their natural habitat, and to become aware of the need to preserve this biodiversity. Don't forget your binoculars!
- Fête de la Nature à Montesson - May 21-25
As part of its Atlas de la Biodiversité Communale project, the town of Montesson is organizing a number of biodiversity-related events during the Fête de la Nature 2024. This year, Montesson has joined forces with the PCM Environnement consultancy, the Ville Verte association, Clos des Vieilles Vignes and Plaine d'Avenir 78 to organize the "24 h de la biodiversité".
- Fête de la Nature at the Arboretum de Versailles - Chèvreloup - Saturday May 25 and Sunday May 26
Discover a program specially concocted for the Fête de la Nature: an exhibition and a treasure hunt on the use of trees in food, and a series of workshops to understand the life of trees.It's also the perfect time to (re)discover this vast natural and landscaped area, home to an exceptional collection of trees.
