C'est Bon le Japon 2023: the show dedicated to Japanese gastronomy in Paris, the program

"C'est Bon! le Japon", the now-famous trade show dedicated to Japanese gastronomy, is back in Paris. Join us from Friday February 17 to Sunday February 19, 2023 at the Halle des Blancs Manteaux to discover the culinary diversity of the land of the Rising Sun and its major cities.

Did you miss him? It's back! After a three-year absence due to the health crisis, the"C'est Bon! le Japon" trade show is back in Paris. This time, the benchmark event dedicated to Japanese gastronomy will be held from Friday February 17 to Sunday February 19, 2023. The 9th edition of"C'est Bon! le Japon" will once again take over the Halle des Blancs Manteaux, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris.

What's on the menu? More than 60 players in the Japanese gastronomy, tableware and tourism sectors will be on hand to take you on a journey to the land of the Rising Sun. A host of exhibitors will be on hand, from restaurants(La maison du Mochi, Pâtisserie Mayu, Gili Gili...) to the world of tea (Sayama tea...) and groceries (La Maison du Koji...).

The C'est Bon! le Japon trade show will also be showcasing Japanese lifestyle (tableware, ceramics, jewelry), as well as Japanese culture through a series ofevents: a lecture on ninjas, a Japanese drum show and traditional Japanese humorous tales. You'll also find the official Studio Ghibli merchandise store on site!

As a reminder, in 2019, the public was able to discover numerous Japanese products, as well as events devoted to the arts of the table and Japanese cuisine. Cooking workshops were also available to all. Visitors were also able to learn the art of cooking Japanese specialties. From decorating makis and making Japanese pastries to preparing miso and soba, mochi and many other dishes in V.O.!

    • 12:00 pm: Lecture on Ninjas by Professor Yuji Yamada,
    • 1:30pm: Ninja performance by Duo Lyodji, photo session with Ninjas.
    • 3pm: Ninja performance by Duo Lyodji, photo session with Ninjas.
    • 4pm: Japanese drum performance by Nika Taiko
    • 5pm: Kagami-biraki ceremony (ritual opening of a sake barrel)
