If you have not had the chance yet to test on-site Christophe Michalak and Steve Buggraf’s Polichinelle restaurant – that opened last year in Paris 15th arrondissement – and if you have not got the memo when the restaurant dedicated to vegetable-based cuisine opened a delivery service, here is another piece of information likely to convince you to go for the restaurant’s vegetarian dishes.
As a matter of fact, Polichinelle opens a pop-up store from April 7 to June 1, 2021 at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet. You will be able to enjoy Polichinelle’s healthy dishes on takeaway! Over the course of the seasons, Polichinelle offers you to put vegetables to the very core of your plate, with a local menu based on fruits and vegetables coming from organic farming.
On the menu of this Polichinelle pop-up at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet, you can, for instance, find smoke goat’s milk cheese, pea, and mint cheesecake; spring makis with bulgur; cervelle de canut cheese spread; baked Swiss chards, mushrooms, potatoes, hazelnuts and chili sauce; or even pasta with wild garlic, fava, pistachio and candied lemon pesto. As for the sweet part, Christophe Michalak provides everything, from chocolate mousse to rice pudding.
Moving on to prices, allow €13.90 for the start/main course or main course/dessert menu to take away.
