After Fat Fat, Saint Burger, Squeeze Burger, Mama Tacos and Holy Chick, the Dévor group, co-founded by Jean Valfort and Charles Drouhaut and specializing in dark kitchens, has just unveiled the latest addition to the family: Green & Wild. Like its siblings, Green & Wild is street-food oriented, and everything is of course delivered via Deliveroo and UberEats .
The Green & Wild concept? Revisit classic American street-food dishes such as burgers, wraps and hot dogs, with a green and vegetarian twist. To achieve this, Dévor called on Garden Gourmet to provide plant-based alternatives to the traditional meats usually found in these street-food dishes.
As for the rest, the buns are sourced from an artisan bakery in Savoie, the vegetables are sourced exclusively locally, and the recipes are created on the spot.
In terms of recipes , the menu includes the Sensational Burger with its green bun, the Notorius Wild with its creamy pepper sauce, the Veg'Curry Wurst hot dog and the Veg'Cesar Salad with a breaded vegetarian schnitzel .
Please note that delivery via UberEats and Deliveroo is available for lunch and dinner, but only in Paris and Courbevoie!
