Attention stylish sushivores and hungry fashionistas - Sushi Park restaurant, a Californian institution prized by gourmets (including Anthony Vaccarello, of course!), is finally putting down its chopsticks in Paris. And not just anywhere: in the basement of the newly renovated Saint Laurent Rive Droite boutique on rue Saint-Honoré.
From February 21, 2025, lovers of Japanese gastronomy will be able to discover an ultra-exclusive omakase experience orchestrated by Peter Park, star chef of this legendary Los Angeles address. In a hushed setting, punctuated by subdued lanterns and candles, this Japanese couture restaurant offers an intimate tasting experience overlooking an open kitchen.
What's on the menu? An ode to fish, sublimated according to the rules of Japanese art. Toro tuna, yellowtail, salmon, sea bream... Here, sushi is haute couture, accompanied by green tea, cocktails and refined desserts.
After a pop-up in 2022 during Fashion Week, Saint Laurent anchors Sushi Park in Paris for good. A delicious fusion of fashion and gastronomy, in keeping with the House's sophisticated DNA. Already boasting a signature café a stone's throw away, the Rue Saint-Honoré flagship is set to become the new HQ for aesthetes and epicureans.
A confidential address to discover from this Friday, February 21!
