After the world's biggest dictation, the capital is trying its hand at the world' s biggest ratatouille! On June 15, 2023, to mark the Grand Banquet du 13e arrondissement, a popular gourmet festival, Les Petites Cantines are organizing a collaborative evening around this Mediterranean dish of eggplant, zucchini and tomato. You can come and sit down with your feet under the table, at a free price, or get your hands dirty by improvising as a cook's helper, even if you don't know how to hold a saucepan!
Les Petites Cantines is a network of participatory neighborhood restaurants that aims to create a bond around good food, while helping to build relationships between local residents. Thursday cooks are expected from 3.30pm to don their aprons and tend to the 200 onions, 100 eggplants, 25 peppers and other ingredients on the menu for this giant ratatouille. To taste it, you'll have to wait until 7pm to enjoy an incredible moment of conviviality, under the viaduct of the aerial metro!
