Since opening its first ice cream parlour and workshop in 2022, Bältis has established itself as one of the best ice cream makers in Paris. Two years later, Bältis has 2 new addresses and several ice creams to share.

After opening its first ice cream shop in the Marais district, between Place des Vosges, Saint-Paul and Bastille, Bältis opened a second address last year on the corner of rue Montorgueil and rue Tiquetonne in the2nd arrondissement, between Les Halles and Sentier.

Bältis is a family story. The story of Jean-Michel and Nadim, 2 cousins of Lebanese origin with a passion for ice cream, who founded Bältis to introduce Lebanese ice cream with new codes.

They want to explore the world of ice cream to get the best out of it. Thanks to exceptional organic products and the technique of Jean-Thomas Schneider(Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier 2019, World Ice Cream Champion 2018 and World Pastry Champion 2017), they manage to achieve a beautiful creaminess on the ice creams, despite the absence of milk, and a sugar level as low as possible to highlight the quality of the ingredients!

Exclusive Bältis fragrances

If Bältis has become a landmark address, it's because of its new flavors that are sure to delight. For the past year, you'll find the dark chocolate sorbet, as creamy as a mousse, made from 70% organic couverture chocolate.

They also offer a dried fig sorbet that will leave you with a taste for the fig jams of your childhood! For the more curious, the thyme and olive oil ice cream is a marvel of flavor and creaminess, a journey to the far reaches of the Mediterranean!

This year, the spotlight is on mandarins in a full-fruit sorbet, as refreshing as it is light, and dates, also in a sorbet, unique in its texture and richness of fruit.

These new products join the house's other flavors, from apricot to orange blossom, from pistachio to halawa, or halva, not forgetting gourmet specialties such as achta covered with crushed pistachios or a thin cookie called Lebanese cotton candy.

But if you want vanilla, chocolate, caramel or strawberry sorbet, you won't be disappointed! There's something for every taste!

The Bältis Coffee Shop: from cookies to select coffees

Stores in the2nd and4th arrondissements offer indoor and outdoor seating, in a setting imagined by designer and interior architect Marc Baroud. In a setting as Mediterranean as it is Parisian, come and sip a homemade lemonade or iced tea in summer, accompanied by sesame or aniseed cookies or wonderful bird's nests.

In winter, you'll find a hot chocolate as intense as it is creamy, or sahlab, the hot orchid root milk sprinkled with cinnamon that is the region's traditional drink.

You'll be able to enjoy them with cookies in flavors as innovative as they are delicious. The house also offers a selection of coffees, from Terres de Café or tea from Damman Frères, not forgetting the traditional Lebanese coffee, with or without cardamom.

Take note!
This year, the organic Lebanese ice cream maker opens a stand at the entrance to the Beaugrenelle center, in the 15th arrondissement, enabling Bältis to serve the west of Paris.

For corporate or private events, it's also possible to enjoy a moment of freshness and indulgence, by ordering Bältis ice creams or booking a made-to-measure service with a Bältis stand !
