If Thanksgiving is a resolutely American holiday, commemorating the first meal shared between the Pilgrims and the Amerindians in 1621, in recent years this celebration has been exported across the Atlantic to the capital's restaurants and bars.
Such is the case at Cocoricains, theexcellent newAmerican bistro on the Bourse, which on Thursday November 28 is offering a special Thanksgiving 2024 menu to share with friends, in the purest American tradition.
The two Franco-American owner-friends, Chris Geraghty and Grégoire Pouletty, set themselves the mission of bringing true American home cooking to Parisian palates. And their mission has been more than successful! For Thanksgiving 2024, the chefs have created a menu that pays tribute to the holiday's greatest classics .
