For our part, we chose to make the most of the magnificent day we had in front of us, starting with a delicious picnic in the Domaine de Chantilly. We grabbed our baskets of freshly-prepared jars from the hotel's new chef, Anthony Denon, and headed out into the gardens to enjoy them at one of the picnic tables set up behind the hotel.

Afterwards, you can take a stroll around the estate, discover the Château and its exhibitions, go pedal-boating or electric-boating in the lake, or visit the famous Chantilly stables, now home to the Horse Museum. Golf enthusiasts can also hit a few balls on the green.

Back at the hotel, it's time to discover the restaurants! Le Jardin d'Hiver is a chic bistro offering unpretentious cuisine, with an emphasis on seasonal produce. Open from breakfast to dinner, this authentic restaurant invites you to take a gastronomic break in a bucolic bistro atmosphere.
