Le Chamarré Montmartre, located at 52 rue Lamarck, offers a gastronomic break in one of the capital's most touristy districts, just a few meters from the Sacré Coeur. Here, you'll quickly forget the noise and bustle of Paris and enjoy a meal cut off from the world and out of time.
As soon as we arrive, the sight of the tree-lined terrace, suspended over the Butte's mythical staircases, takes us into another universe. Once inside, the décor is chic and timeless. The furniture, composed of warm, noble materials such as solid wood and leather, reflects the Chef's cuisine: authentic and lively.
On the plate, Chef Antoine Heerah, of Mauritian origin, offers us a highly personal, mixed gastronomic cuisine, blending France and Asia, sweet, sour, salty and spicy. He takes his guests on a journey with citrus fruits. We enjoy local products combined with textures and flavors that recall his roots, his travels and his encounters.
During our visit, in addition to his charming smile, the chef served us a tasting menu featuring citrus fruits, specially composed according to his inspiration of the moment :
Amuse-bouche :
Tomato gazpacho and basil ice cream
Starters :
Special n°2 oysters refreshed with lemon caviar
Low-cooked soft-boiled egg with vegetable marmalade
Yellowfin tuna tataki with wakame and ponzu
Fish :
Red mullet fillet and Guilvinec langoustine, cockle risotto
Meat :
Galician beef fillet, pan-fried mushrooms and porcini vinegar
Dessert :
Bachès fig and citrus textures
In short, a true haven of peace for a pleasant meal out of time in a charming restaurant in the heart of Paris.
