Fall is fast approaching. The perfect season to enjoy a good poutine! For those of you who haven't heard of poutine yet, we remind you that it's an emblematic dish from Quebec, made of fries, cheese and sauce.
In Paris, the Maison de la Poutine has set itself the goal of introducing this very gourmet dish to the French public. To do so, chef Erwan Caradec, who lived in Canada for five years, prepares his poutines using fresh, quality French products: homemade Caesar potato fries, grown 20 km from Paris, cheese curds made in a Tarn dairy and homemade sauce.
From now on, food-loving Parisians can visit two Maison de la Poutine, as a brand new address will open, in Parmentier, in the 11th arrondissement, on Tuesday, October 9, 2018! A restaurant with three times as many seats as the one in the 2nd arrondissement, and therefore three times as many chances to sit down and enjoy one of the 7 poutines on the menu:
The recipes are the same at both addresses, and as gourmet as ever.
The comfort food of your winter 2018.
