Recipe of the croquettes of quinoa to the vegetables of Dubble
For 6 croquettes of quinoa
Ingredients:
75 g cooked quinoa (a little more cooked than normal)
75 g vegetables: chopped onion, grated carrots, grated zucchini, cooked corn kernels
1 tablespoon of quinoa flakes or oatmeal
1 large teaspoon of mixed seeds: flax, sunflower, pumpkin
1 egg
1 large pinch of turmeric
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Put all the vegetables in a chopper or food processor to coarsely chop them.
Add quinoa, egg, seeds, turmeric, salt, pepper and flakes to solidify the consistency.
Cover the oven rack with a sheet of parchment paper.
Form balls with your fingers and place them on the paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
