Alain Ducasse has just opened an original kiosk called Burgal on the Place de la Bastille. The menu features an unusual veggie burger!

Alain Ducasse continues on the path he has taken at the Plaza Athénée with his naturalness concept. At the start of spring, the multi-starred chef unveils a new idea that should not go unnoticed. On the Place de la Bastille, Alain Ducasse has opened Burgal, a food kiosk set up inside a specially converted 8m2 Parisian kiosk.

On the menu at this amazing place is Burgal, a 100% vegan burger ! On the outside, a brioche-glazed vegan bun - the first originality, as these are usually made with egg, butter and milk. Inside, the steak is a vegan patty made from zucchini, carrot, parsnip, lentil, onion and quinoa.

But that's not all! Inside, you'll also find unusual condiments, such as eggplant caviar and spicy vegan mayonnaise, as well as a few colorful pickles. On the side, Burgal offers crispy vegetable and chickpea chips. And of course, when it comes to sourcing, we're sure of the very best, with cereals and vegetables made in France, for a lower carbon impact!

In fact, the mention of a veggie burger signed Alain Ducasse may ring a bell if you were at the Taste of Paris festival in 2019. Indeed, it was at this foodie festival that the idea of the veggie burger was born in the mind of Alain Ducasse, with his "toasted cereal bread, vegetables from the Château de Versailles", which actually won the Best Dish award!

So, would you like to try a veggie burger from a multi-starred chef?
