Head to Bleu Coupole, the famous restaurant on the 6th floor of Printemps Haussmann that celebrates its first anniversary, from March 20 to June 15, 2023, to discover a new menu signed by the artist JoeyStarr who we rediscover through his culinary talents.
JoeyStarr, now known for his militant passion for cooking, has teamed up with Le Printemps' executive chef, Clément Blondeau, to set to music his favorite recipes from his guide "Bistronomik", published last November by Télémaque.
The duo shares the same honest and sincere vision of cooking, defending"eating the real thing" with seasonal products and small producers, as well as winks to the regions dear to JoeyStarr. The objective is to make the table a place of celebration and sharing.
The menu offers a variety of starters, main courses and desserts, each more appealing than the last. Starters include crab soup with coconut milk, salad with salicornia, granny-smith and octopus, and duck and mango salad. For the main courses, you can enjoy a mackerel with potato stuffing and herb salad, a trout with broccoli and pea sobas, or a sausage with leek purée, wild garlic pesto and shavings of sheep's milk tomme.
The desserts are just as appetizing, with a rum road-style French to ast and a chocolate and banana flambé with rum. We recommend it to you!
