Chick'n Lover is the fast good on rue du Faubourg Montmartre in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. A halal chicken street food restaurant where everything is homemade, from sauces to spicy and non-spicy tenders, not forgetting the hot roast chicken sandwich.

On the lively rue du Faubourg Montmartre, in the heart of Paris's 9ᵉ arrondissement and a stone's throw from the Musée Grévin, we discover Chick'n Lover, a new Street Food Paradise for fried chicken worshippers. Although the place looks like yet another takeaway, make no mistake, everything here is homemade and delicious.

At the helm are Antoine and Liou, who for months have been dreaming up recipes that are sure to please. At Chick'n Lover, the chicken, all halal, is delivered whole every day. The team then prepares, debones and marinates the chicken for your order. Here, even the sauces are homemade, from barbecue to spicy tomato sauce to secret green sauce.

Whether you prefer chicken wings or tenders, spicy or not, there's something for everyone. Note that tenders are generous, so even the biggest eaters are quickly satisfied. To accompany the chicken, you can choose between classic potato fries, sweet potato fries, which we recommend, or alloco plantain bananas for a change.

If you're looking for more comforting hot dishes, you've come to the right place: the house has come up with two hearty hot dishes to discover this Saturday, January 25. One is a house curry with rice and tenders as moist as they are crispy, and the other is rice with shredded roast chicken and secret green sauce, the flat version of the famous signature sandwich. Count on €13 for the main course (which is very generous) or €14 with a drink.

The restaurant is open every day from 11:30 a.m. to midnight, except Mondays. As an added bonus, students are entitled to a 20% discount on their bill on presentation of their student card. If you like homemade products, and are looking for a nice place to eat on the go, non-stop, even late at night, this is an address to record.
