A few steps from the Etoile and the Avenue des Ternes, the restaurant Aux Saveurs du Marché offers quality French cuisine.
After having practiced his art in several renowned establishments, David Cheleman opened his own restaurant in 2003 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Now located in the 17th arrondissement, this restaurant continues to delight gourmets while attracting a new clientele.
Every day, the chef chooses his products, according to the market and the seasons, and tries to magnify them by proposing a gourmet and refined cuisine. His main concern is to respect the product by not distorting it. Moreover, the love of the job allowed him to acquire the coveted title of "Master Restaurateur" in 2013.
Among the specialities of the house: the risotto of scampi, the tartar of duck fried with foie gras, a choice of meats of very great quality, fish according to the fishing of the day... Not forgetting the desserts, very gourmet that are the chestnut charlotte, the brioche French toast style with dairy caramel or the chocolate cake with English cream and speculos ice cream... These dishes are perfectly paired with local wines, selected by the sommelier Christelle Taret.
In the dining room, the chef's wife, Delphine, meets the customers with kindness and a smile.
Every Sunday, the chef revisits the week's menu and offers it in the form of a very generous all-you-can-eat brunch! The dishes are declined in small portions, associated with the essential brunch dishes. Every Sunday from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm at the price of 45€ and 21€ for children under 12 years old.
