These 7 renowned chefs have already proven themselves abroad and in Paris, and are now opening their first restaurant in Paris under their own name.

There are plenty of new restaurants opening in Paris in 2025, to suit all tastes, budgets and tastes. While the new Asian restaurants will certainly be there, gourmets will also be able to rub shoulders with Sri Lankan, Jamaican and Lebanese flavors, climb to seventh heaven at the table of a very (very) high restaurant, or curl up in the comfort of traditional but well-executed French cuisine.
