Is it the weekend, school vacations or Wednesdays, and you're looking for a kid-friendly museum that will get young and old alike on the same wavelength? Then head to the Musée Marmottan-Monet in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, and immerse yourself in a cultural venue with character and exciting exhibitions.
For the whole family, the museum offers P'tits Marmottans, a whole cycle of activities specially designed for young visitors aged 4 to 10. The program includes individual workshops on Wednesdays and during school vacations , where you can create, tinker and shape with your hands during a 1h15 visit and workshop. The cost is €12 per child, and accompanying adults are not admitted. This is your chance to have more than an hour of peace and quiet in the museum's collections or exhibitions, just for you!
Alternatively, you can opt for a family visit to discover the museum's permanent collections with the little ones, in the company of a mediator. Here too, the visit lasts 45 minutes and costs €20 for a child accompanied by an adult, €9 for a child alone or €15 for an adult alone. While you're at the Musée Marmottan-Monet, why not take a look at the permanent collections?
