Bel été 2023: Saint-Denis' free summer program for a crazy summer

From July 9 to August 27, 2023, Saint-Denis promises you a wonderful summer with tons of entertainment on the program: concerts, sports initiations, fireworks, DJ sets, dance classes, an ephemeral beach... There's something for all ages, and all events are free to all. Why not spend your summer in Saint-Denis this year?

Head for Saint-Denis, in the Parc de la Légion d'Honneur , for free swimming all summer long, as well as free events open to all: urban beach, sports, creative workshops, concerts and DJ sets... Something for all ages and tastes!

From July 9 to August 27, 2023, the Parc de la Légion d'Honneur will be transformed into a large leisure park, with trampolines, art shooting, a bouncy castle and more... Then, in the evening, it's party time with concerts and DJ sets every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, at the Bel été 2023 ephemeral guinguette! Saint-Denis is transformed into a veritable urban beach with Plage de la Baleine, where you can swim, play water games and, above all, relax with your feet in the sand.

For sports enthusiasts, there are events, free sports classes and introductions to new disciplines: take part in a bike ride, try out the trampoline or the slackline, play with the whole family in the toy library, but also, it's here that fitness classes will be offered on certain days of the week. At nightfall, don't miss the open-air cinema sessions, with cartoons on the program for the very young!

This summer, an exceptional event, on Tuesday July 25 and Wednesday July 26, is also being organized just one year before the launch of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games: it's an opportunity to come and enjoy a games area and sign up for, perhaps, the chance to carry the Olympic flame.

Whale Beach

From July 10 to August 27, 2023, open 7 days a week (9am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 7pm) at Centre Nautique de La Baleine, 13 avenue Jean Moulin)

Slide, games, swimming courses, solarium with terrace area and artificial turf, garden area with activities (ball games, rackets), beach area with children's games.

Sports leisure park

From July 19 to August 20, open Tuesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Parc de la Légion d'honneur.

Fun and sports activities: bike ride, bike circuit, draisienne, tricycle, gym and slackline course, archery, trampoline, accro-kids and tyrolienne, bouncy castle, soccer and other team sports, games library...

Literary theme park

Friday, July 21, 11am-6pm, Parc de la Légion d'honneur.

The Parc d'attractions littéraires makes a one-day stopover in Saint-Denis, with events combining children's literature and sport.

Balloonmania

Thursday July 13 to Sunday July 16, 2pm to 7pm at Stade Auguste Delaune.
