This year, the Château de Blandy-les-Tours is offering a unique adventure for the festive season. From November 30, 2024, we invite you to plunge into an immersive story where Christmas is in danger. The usually peaceful château is invaded by a dark magic, threatening the great Christmas celebration. For the duration of a visit, we become the heroes of this mysterious quest.

From November 30, 2024 on weekends and throughout the Christmas vacations, the Château de Blandy-les-Tours, a medieval jewel in the Seine-et-Marne region, is transformed into a fairytale setting for the Christmas festivities. This year, the festivities take a special twist with an interactive adventure: Christmas is in danger, and it's up to you to save it!

As the year 1360 draws to a close, Viscount Jean II de Melun is due to return to the château for the festive season after paying the ransom of King Jean II le Bon of France. But a strange magic is disrupting the festivities: mysterious events are taking place in the castle, and the fate of Christmas is in the hands of visitors.

This immersive show, a major new feature of 2024, promises to captivate young and old alike. From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, with historical characters, mysteries to solve and challenges to overcome. Children will take particular pleasure in immersing themselves in this quest, where everyone has a role to play in thwarting the evil magic that threatens the castle and its inhabitants. It's a great way to immerse yourself in history and celebrate the festive season in a whole new way.

On weekends from November 30 to December 15, as well as from December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025, every day (except December 24, 25, 31 and January 1), the Château de Blandy-les-Tours hosts this family show, with advance booking. Through this interactive scenario, we discover local legends, the intrigues of medieval courts and the unique atmosphere of Christmas festivities in a 14th-century château.

On the practical side, prices are very affordable: €14 for the full price, €12 for reductions (18-25, over 65), and €10 for children aged 12 to 17. Admission is free for children under 11, and for certain specific categories, notably disabled people and their carers.

This unique experience is for anyone looking for an original outing with family or friends, combining history, magic and active participation. You'll plunge into the heart of the Middle Ages, while letting yourself be carried away by the spirit of the festive season. Fans of immersive shows, young and old, will appreciate this adventure where you become an actor in a captivating plot. With its interactive format, this show is ideal for families with children, as well as for groups of friends looking for something different and fun.

So, if you love immersive adventures and want to experience a medieval Christmas full of mystery, this experience at Château de Blandy-les-Tours is a must-try.
