These measures include extending the opening hours of several parks and gardens in Paris. These green spaces are islands of coolness in the capital, so the municipality wants to make them accessible to as many people as possible.
As a result, 20 major parks in Paris will be open until midnight from September 8, and for the duration of the heatwave. Here is the list of locations selected by the City of Paris:
