Following in the footsteps of Pat'Patrouille and, more recently,Asterix and Obelix, from November 14, 2024, Maestro will also join the Musée Grévin collections, in the Heroes of Fiction room.
Known to several generations, Maestro is the narrator of the educational TV series "Once upon a time". He first appeared in 1978 in this popular science and history series. One of the best-known installments in this TV cartoon series is "Once upon a time...life", which takes children on a journey to the very heart of the body, explaining how it works, how our cells are created, and so on.
At the museum, Maestro will be seated at his desk - as in the cartoon - to offer visitors an interactive experience and answer their questions, in the company of Nabot, another character from the series. The two characters were created by sculptor Stéphane Barret, based on drawings by illustrator Jean Barbaud, and can be seen at the Musée Grévin from November 14!
