Le Bal Chavaux is set to open this autumn in Montreuil, on the outskirts of Paris. On the former site of the cinema Méliès, the city's cult arthouse cinema, this festive spot imagined by Marbrerie is set to offer a festive, artistic and cultural program of concerts, clubbing and dance classes.

On the other side of the Paris ring road, Montreuil is one of those spots that attracts Parisians thanks to its many good addresses and festive spots with lively programs. Between committed events, a hyperactive cultural life and artistic concepts, its chill atmosphere at the gateway to Paris makes it a favorite place for outings of all kinds.

From Chinois to La Marbrerie, from La Parole Errante to Cinéma Méliès, these spots that have become the standard-bearers of life in Montreuil are about to be joined by a new concept. This time, it's on the Croix de Chavaux side of town, accessible by metro, that a cult address in the city nicknamed the Brooklyn of Paris, is about to get a new lease of life.

In the shopping center where the former Cinéma Méliès once stood, La Marbrerie is preparing to open its future concept: Bal Chavaux. The space, unoccupied for the past ten years, is set to become a hybrid venue, with a 500-person capacity concert/clubbing hall and two rooms dedicated to dance classes given by the Pina Bausch Conservatory.

In terms of programming, we're promised rap, hip-hop, electro and hyper-pop, bringing together "current and emerging musical forms". See you inautumn 2025 to discover this promising new venue.
