In Paris, too few people know it, but it's possible to bet money in gambling establishments called clubs. In these places, which have replaced gaming circles, there are no slot machines but table games with very simple rules, such as Punto Banco or Poker 21. Most clubs also offer a wide range of poker games. The capital has a total of 7 establishments. Let's take a look at our favorite spots in the capital.
It's the first gaming club to open its doors in the capital, in April 2018. It's also one of the most impressive. Located on rue Marbeuf, just a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, poker and Punto Banco enthusiasts flock to this cosy establishment. The Paris Elysées Club boasts 23 tables spread over 2,000 m2. The establishment offers Punto Banco, a game with very simple rules, even for novices. You can play for as little as €20 a shot. Thrills guaranteed!
Players can bet on the very popular Parisian Style Blackjack, also known as Poker 21. The Paris Elysées Club also offersUltimate Poker, with a player-funded jackpot. A total of 4 tables are connected. To win the jackpot, you need to hit certain combinations. Hospitality and service are also strong points of the establishment.
On the club's mezzanine floor are the poker tables. Cash game fans can play Texas Hold'em and Omaha at blinds of €5/€5, €5/€10 and €10/€20. The tables are large and particularly comfortable. Without doubt, the most comfortable place to play poker in the capital.
