On August 26 and 27, 2023, Pokémon GO enthusiasts will gather for an exceptional event. The Pokémon GO Festival 2023 awaits you all over the world, offering every trainer on the planet the opportunity to join in this online adventure.
After the resounding success of the weekends of activities in Osaka and London at the beginning of the month, and then in New York from August 18 to 20, here comes the most eagerly awaited festival of the year. Join millions of Trainers in this unique, global experience at the Pokémon Go Festival this Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Here's what's in store:
- Appearance of over 70 Pokémon: Participants will have the chance to meet Chromatic Pokémon recently integrated into Pokémon GO.
- Free participation: Every trainer can take part in the adventure at no cost. However, those wishing to enhance their experience can purchase an event ticket from the in-game store. With this ticket, exclusive rewards and bonuses are offered, including a never-before-seen encounter with the fabulous Pokémon Diancie.
- Crowned Pikachu: These specially coiffed Pikachu could cross your path.
- Featured Mega-Rayquaza: For the intrepid, this highly sought-after creature could be just around the corner.
Saturday program :
- Four distinct habitats: Trainers will be able to enjoy each habitat hour twice over the course of the event on Saturday. The times are as follows:
- Quartz Terrarium: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (local time)
- Pyrite sands: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time)
- Malachite wilderness: 12:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 17:00 (local time)
- Aquamarine shores: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm (local time)
Sunday program :
- Beginning of the Mega-Rayquaza era: For the first time worldwide, this Pokémon will appear on Pokémon GO.
- Link between Meteorites & Mega-Rayquaza: Trainers involved in global events may come across a new item, the Meteorite. Mysteriously, it seems to be connected to Mega-Rayquaza.
- Flagship attack: Draco Ascension: A formidable technique that Rayquaza can learn after coming into contact with a Meteorite. This attack is essential for his mega-evolution.
Finally, on the second day of the festival, all Pokémon that appeared in the wild on the first day will return at the event times. With no scheduled habitat rotation on that day, these Pokémon could pop up at any moment.
