On your marks, get set, drive! Driving friends, the second season of the FIA Smart Driving Challenge 2020 in Paris starts now! A unique competition to reward drivers for a safer, smarter and more ecofriendly driving.
For each leg, everyday drivers have their driving habits assessed in real time thanks to an application. The latter, developed by Enerfy, uses artificial intelligence to change travels made into a digital score.
In concrete words, the season 2020 includes 365 legs and 4 qualifying finales. Then, each driver and team get a score and is ranked after each leg.
The goal is to cover over 10km per leg. Good news: all travels covering over 1km are included! The idea is to partake in the challenge and help your team for their daily travels. A good way to learn to change one’s energetic use habits. Especially when it comes to driving!
Actually, the principle is easy: the best eight drivers will go to the final of the Smart Driving Challenge 2020, that will be held in December 2020 in Paris. Within Paris, a 4-km course that each finalist has to cover four times! And in the most economical way possible! Then, he has to get the best score to definitely win the challenge.
