Hopes of a Grand Slam and victory in the Six Nations Tournament have already vanished, after three up-and-down matches: a heavy defeat by Ireland, a hard-fought victory over Scotland and a draw with Italy. A far cry from the exceptional Grand Slam of 2022 and the months leading up to the Rugby World Cup of 2023, when the XV de France were tipped to be champions. Since then, the team has had to cope with injuries and absentees, and has struggled to show its best side. This March 10, 2024, is thepenultimate match of the tournament, against Wales.
See you at 4pm, live from Cardiff, on France 2, at home or in Parisian bars, to push together during the scrum! Wales shouldn't be the toughest opponent, however, as the Red Dragons have lost all their matches. Ireland, alone at the top of the table, are well on their way to the Grand Slam, if they beat England and Scotland in their last two games!
