It's back to school! So let's put on our rollerblades and head off to the Bal de glisse at Césure, a third-party venue in the 5th arrondissement. What's on the agenda? We promise you a fo-lie roller party, totally free and open to all.
On September 14, head to the Grand Plateau track from 6.30pm. With its 1,000 m² of floor space, there's plenty of room for beginners and experienced skaters alike to enjoy a disco DJ set all evening long! Complete beginners who've never put on skates before can even sign up for a free roller skating initiation course, to learn the basics before being unleashed onto the track on their own.
For those who haven't yet invested in a pair of skates, don't worry: a rental system is available on site, with sizes ranging from 29 to 45. Please note, however, that protective gear will not be provided, so it might be a good idea to bring knee and elbow pads beforehand to avoid any serious injuries!
All evening long, the mood will be set to your favorite disco hits, and after a few hours of non-stop skating, don't hesitate to refuel at the on-site hot dog stand or cool off at the bar! In short, if you're looking for a fun and sporty way to get back into the swing of things, don't miss the Césure roller party!
