On Friday, September 8, 2023, the XV de France beat New Zealand in a memorable opening match at the Stade de France, kicking off the Rugby World Cup perfectly! Two days later, this Sunday, September 10, the rugby village on Place de la Concorde, the main fan zone for the competition in the capital, will host a match of a different kind, between rugby legends Stade Français and Racing 92, for a gala derby at the summit!
Starting at 4 p.m., the former rugby players will face off under the gaze of French and foreign fans, captained by Pierre Rabadan, former captain of Stade Français Paris and now deputy mayor of Paris in charge of sport, and Yannick Nyanga for Racing 92. Philippe Guillard, former Racing player, will commentate on this exceptional match, accessible to all!
