Free outdoor yoga classes in a garden a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower

What could be better than a little moment of calm and relaxation right in the middle of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which don't leave much respite for those following the events all day long! Until August 11, 2024, free yoga classes (registration required) are being offered to the general public on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, by coach Maryne Ares, in a garden at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, on the banks of the Seine.

A welcome interlude in a sensory journey designed by the Phytoxil brand, open to all, even outside these special sessions, from 10am to 10pm. On the program: activities around the vegetable garden to discover plants, a shaded, planted relaxation area, bubble bikes for fun with the whole family, and a giant misting machine - ideal for hot days!

Meet up opposite the Parc des Champions, on Quai Jacques Chirac, on the banks of the river, to get away from it all for a few hours and recharge your batteries before setting off on your next adventure!
